This too is an energy of a bad connection to attachment to others.
The Teacher in the Gospel of John spoke to Nathaniel as the one without guile.
Without Guile is a virtue and this sets you free from the desires of the past lives and the guilt of regret.
But don't confuse Regret with Remorse.
Because that is a mistaken duality also.
If your heart allows Guilefulness to control or destroy the Imagination of others around you then in the Now of existence you become connected to those very desires.
